Tempest-Blitz

An Update of the Tempest-Blitz.

I got my hands on a CQR model, and it works very well. Took some trial and error designing this weapon, but I am very pleased with the result.

This version is much more streamlined and coherent rather than the original which seemed rather missmatched.

Based on the Wunderwaffe DG-2 but enhanced using the Lightning crystal and Tempest essence to refine and purify 115. The weapon can electrocute 15 targets at once with one bolt.
It also possesses a charge setting, which can electrocute up to 30 targets instantly, and stun an additional 10 within the vicinity.
In addition it can also fire a beam of electricity similar to the Raygun Mark-II V.
