Kravchenko base of operations

After the death of his mentor and friend, General Dragovich, Colonel Kravchenko secretly builds up a criminal network, to gather as much wealth and power as he can before the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Using his position in the Russian military he started selling weapons on the Black Market and eventually even weapons grade plutonium and uranium. Expanding his operations to include stolen art, forgery, mercenary work and human trafficking.

He came across an Ex. Nazi scientist, Doctor Friedrich Steiner, who offered Nova 6 in exchange for his life. He then met another Nazi scientist, long thought dead, Doctor Edward Richtofen, who gave Kravchenko access to all of Group 935's research.
Kravchenko got his hands on top secret advanced weaponry and projects developed by the Nazis, with Steiner and Richtofen, who then helped him start reproducing these weapons for mass production.

Kravchenko hires Shadow Company to act as his personal army.
