Deal between Shadow and Infinite

After having been captured during Operation: Shadow Hunters, Graves has his leg healed and is then brought before Richtofen and Maxis and they proceed to apologize and then explain everything to him, starting with Element 115 and then the Aether.

Richtofen and Maxis make Graves an irresistible offer. Infinitis are in need of an army so they turn to Shadow Company.
If Graves and Shadow pledge their complete, eternal, unfailing allegiance to Infinitis and help them fight the Dark Aether, they will be rewarded beyond their wildest dreams.

Shadow Company will have full autonomy and independence from any government or nation and answer only to Infinitis themselves.
In addition, they will be paid 10x their original pay, they will get advanced new weapons and technology, their natural abilities would be enhanced, no legal restrictions, and they would have their numbers greatly expanded.

Graves takes it all in, and after thinking it over, he gladly agrees and pledges his loyalty to Infinitis.
Richtofen and Maxis are happy to hear this and shake Graves' hand on it. They let him know that he will have to inform Shadow and then bring all of them to Infinitis to have each and every one of them swear allegiance to them. Graves agrees.

Before Graves leaves, Richtofen gives him a down payment on his service, by handing him a bar of gold.
